Youth & Lashes has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $50 charge or loss of deposit.
We realize that there are many things that come up in people’s day to day lives. While truly sympathetic, the salon cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last minute cancellations. The salon does not double book appointment times but rather reserves specific times for each client affording individual care. In fairness to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
GROUPON customers will be treated Tuesday-Friday from 9am to 4pm. While we appreciate all business, GROUPON is used as a marketing tool and is not to be mistaken for our checkout process. Choose your GROUPON wisely for we will only redeem ONE per customer. Last minute GROUPONS will also not be redeemed. If you have booked an appointment and then found a GROUPON deal that you like better, please call before purchasing.
If your GROUPON includes an additional service, (ie: lash lift or touchup) and you do not adhere to the cancellation policies, you will forfeit that service. Furthermore, if the GROUPON calls for a timely followup, (ie: 4- 6 week touchup) those treatments MUST be completed within those time lines. If they are not, that follow up will expire or a surcharge will be added.
